Free Machine Vision Workshop

Matrox Imaging and Systems Integrators are hosting a Free Workshop on building projects using Matrox Design Assistant on Thursday October 3, 2019 in Glendale, Arizona.
Matrox Design Assistant is an integrated development environment where vision applications are created by constructing an intuitive flowchart instead of writing traditional program code. Matrox Imaging’s smart cameras and Design Assistant are making waves in the machine vision arena, as solutions are typically 50%+ less expensive than other vision systems.

Machining Fleet Addition

Systems Integrators is continuously looking for ways to help server our growing customer base. So we are excited to announce expanded our machining capabilities again by added a 4- axis milling center the Johnford DMC-1500H.
The Johnford helps us by expanding our milling capabilities by accommodating a total load capacity of 10,120 lbs. with XYZ axis travels of 59” x35” x 30” inches. This 16 ½ ton machine with its 40 tool ATC will allow us to tackle most jobs other machine shops can’t handle.

Systems Integrators factory expansion

Systems Integrators is excited to announce that we have expanded our machining capabilities by adding a pair of high speed BROTHER milling centers in the S500X1 and the S700X1.
Due to the high acceleration and rapid tool change, these machines can achieve overwhelming high productivity. In particular the Z-axis acceleration has been greatly improved from previous models, which is highly effective for increased output.
